We've been in the vacation property rental business for years and have found a new way to meet the needs of resort community property owners and guests. We have been successful in renting our properties directly to visitors - and we have experienced some of the challenges of working with traditional property management companies. From our experience and success to date we've put together an arrangement that works for everyone.

We work on a non-exclusive basis, and property owners have the right to terminate our working relationship at any time. There are no restrictive contracts.

Here's what's different about working with and why it might be the right solution for you:

  • We are NOT property managers. We do most of the challenging work for you - finding the right guests for your home, and finalizing all terms.

  • We never handle your funds as the guest makes payments directly to you.

  • You receive funds PRIOR to the guest's arrival

  • Our fees are lower than traditional property management's fees

  • Owners have the opportunity to speak to the guests to make ensure we've made a right match of owner and guest

  • We provide owners with an on-line calendar - allowing you to block out dates where you are using your home. Click here
